After having a quite interesting meeting with the members and the ajk we have come to conclude several thins which are;
a) Election of the new chairman will be done using voting tickets which are passed to the member to determine our new President. ( the poling was already done with the majority involvent of members and the results will be announce below)
b) We no longer need an advisor as this committee is small and not official. Therefore, the advisor position is abolished efftive immediatly. ( I on behalve of this committee would like to thank En. Noli for the time, effort and money that was given for the sake of this committee)
c) The raya open house will be postponed untill a week after next since we have a lot of open house to attend during next week eg contract dept and engineering dpt. So the date will be most probably on the 21st of Oct 09.
And by today, the election have been done and the results is ;
RCM = 17 Votes
Hj Ramli = 3 votes
Abd. hakim = 1 votes
Abrizan = 5 votes
So, it is obvious that Our President post is won by En Roslan Che Mei. Congratulations and I hope that with the vote given to him, I seriously feel that we should give him our commitment to him. Not just comment and give ideas but the involvement as well.
" People can just whatever they want, but are thy willing to work for it ?"
So I rest my case and I hope the President will continue from now on with our next xtvt which Hari Raya Selebration.
